PROGRAM

1st day
Arrival in Caldonazzo, visit the center and the magnificent “Corte Trapp”.
Lunch at Pergine, with its enchanting Castle and magical medieval atmosphere, and enjoy Trentino’s typical dishes.
In the afternoon, transfer to Levico Terme for a lovely walk along the banks of the lake. Departure for a bike excursion along the Ciclopista del Brenta (a one way journey including renting the bicycle and a service of bike-taxi to bring the bicycle back to Levico).
Transfer to Bassano del Grappa for a walk in the center and an aperitif on the Ponte Vecchio.
Dinner and overnight stay in hotel.

2nd day
In the morning, transfer to Asolo, one of the most beautiful towns in Italy, and visit the historical center.
Transfer to Castelfranco Veneto, walk inside the walls and visit the Museum of Casa Giorgione.
Lunch at the farmhouse featuring local products.
Transfer to Cittadella, visit the Tower of Malta and walk along the roundabout.
Late afternoon, transfer to Marostica, guided visit of the town followed by a dinner in an elegant, local restaurant.
Return to hotel and overnight stay.

3rd day
In the morning, arrival to Piazzola sul Brenta and visit the majestic Villa Contarini, built on the walls of the castle to defend the Barbaric invasion. Lunch at leisure.
In the afternoon, transfer to the thousand year old city of Padua and guided tour of the center with a classic itinerary including the discovery of the Basilica of St. Antonio and of the historic center (Palazzo della Ragione, Caffe Pedrocchi, Università, Piazza delle Erbe, Piazza dei Frutti), the Scrovegni Chapel (exterior)*.
In the evening, arrival in a hotel in the area of Padova, dinner and overnight stay.

4th day
Board a motorboat for Stra and sail along the Riviera del Brenta, the route of the ancient Venetian “burchielli” (ancient, traditional boats).
Lunch on board with a menu of fish.
Stop in Dolo and walk through the picturesque lakeside resort. Along the way you can enjoy the numerous and wonderful palaces of the Riviera. At Malcontenta, one can see the wonderful Villa Foscari “La Malcontenta”*. Returning on board, we will sail towards Fusina, passing through the unequal water level of the basin of Moranzani, an ancient, hand-made artefact of the 17th century built using the technique of Leonardo da Vinci. The excursion will finish in Fusina (transfers by public transport will be available for the return to Stra**).
In the evening return to hotel, dinner and overnight stay.

5th day
Departure from Padua to Venice, meet with the guide and visit some of the most famous and evocative aspects of Venice (Rialto Bridge, Canal Grande, Piazza San Marco, Basilica di San Marco, Palazzo Ducale, Ponte dei Sospiri).
Lunch in a local “bacaro” of Venice.
In the afternoon, tour by gondola and free time for the guests.

Possibility to extend the services of the package with a typical dinner of fish in one of the renowned restaurants of the Riviera del Brenta or alternatively an evening at the Venice Casino.

* Upon request for groups, guided tours are available to visit the villas.
** the navigation route along the Riviera del Brenta can be done either from Stra’ to Fusina, or vice versa, depending on the days required for the service.

Minimum number of participants: 15 people.
Price per person includes: 4 overnight stays and 3 dinners in a 3 stars hotel or in a farmhouse, 1 dinner in typical restaurant (drinks included), a fish based menu on the boat, 3 meals in typical locations (drinks included), visit to Corte Trapp, Cycling on the Brenta including bicycle rental and bike-taxi service , Tower of Malta entrance and walkway, Museum of Casa Giorgione, Villa Contarini, guided tour of Marostica, Padua and Venice, guided tour by boat on the Riviera del Brenta, a tour by gondola.
