PROGRAM

1st day

Check in at the hotel followed by welcome drink.
Transfer to Padua lunch at leisure.
In the afternoon, meet with the guide to tour the city (2 hours). Visit to the Scrovegni Chapel will follow (subject to availability).
After a brief stay in the hotel, you will enjoy a fish-based dinner in a local restaurant of the Riviera del Brenta area.
Return to the hotel and overnight stay.

2st day

Breakfast, transfer to Fusina and board a private boat*, towards Venice, arriving in Piazza San Marco.
Meet with the guide and visit of the city (2 hours).
Lunch in a Venetian “bacaro” with a local menu.
In the afternoon, transfer to a workshop of typical Venetian masks, followed by a mini conference on the history of the Venetian mask with a video to follow. The visit will offer an in depth understanding on the history of the Serenissima, which is tied into the concept of the mask as emblem of the city.
Transfer with private boat to Fusina.
Dinner at leisure.
Return to the hotel and overnight stay.

3rd day

Breakfast, transfer to Fusina and board a private boat towards Murano, the city of glass.
Meet with the guide for visit of the island and the Museum of Glass.
Lunch in one of the island’s local trattoria.
In the afternoon, visit to a local glass workshop with a live demonstration of the traditional work techniques of glassblowing.
Transfer by private boat to Fusina to pick up luggage.

* upon request, boat transfers are also available by public transportation. However, the exclusive private service offers a more smooth transfer.

Minimum number of participants: 20 people.
Price per person includes: 2 overnight stays in a 3 stars hotel with bed and breakfast service, 2 lunches in local restaurants (drinks included), tour guide service for Padua, Venice and Murano, entry to the of Scrovegni Chapel, 1 fish based dinner in a local restaurant on the  Riviera (drinks included), attendance to a mini conference at the work shop of the Venetian masks, transfers by boats, entry to the glass museum, visit to the traditional glass shop.
